Where It Started

Radiate Community LLC was born out of a shared passion for inclusivity and empowerment. David, a recently retired Engineer/Project Manager from Intel Corporation, and Kelly, a Special Education Teacher, were united in marriage in 2013, forming a compassionate and blended family.

Through parenting and professional pathways, we became strong advocates for valuing and empowering all individuals, regardless of their challenges. As our son and his Special Olympics friends grew older, we noticed their inherent desire to help and the self-worth they derived from it.

We also saw the inherent graciousness of our community, especially among those who had never been forced to interact in the world of special needs. As we moved into life’s next chapter, we decided to focus on creating, supporting, and influencing businesses to provide meaningful employment and improved community engagement for adults with any disability.
